Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: Removal of all existing layers of roofing material, related flashings and trim, and roof mounted equipment/conduit/piping on 8,000 square foot upper roof of terminal building. Installation of new rigid insulation, new 60 mil EPDM self-adhered roof membrane system, related flashing and trim, and reinstall equipment/conduit/piping. The work also includes the construction and installation of new structural pipe supports for mechanical equipment, ducting and screen wall securement.
