Terra Russo was raised in Klamath Falls and is a Henley High School graduate. After graduating, she spent 15 years in Los Angeles, CA and returned to Klamath Falls 6 years ago to start her family. Terra is a proud parent to her five-year-old daughter Bijoux. After serving 2 years on the Klamath County Planning Commission and being a previous board member of the Klamath Falls Downtown Association and the Mills Neighborhood Association, Terra is pleased to join City Council. Her goal is to listen to the voices of her constituents, learn how she can best serve the businesses and residents within Ward 3 and help to propel the City of Klamath Falls into a bright and prosperous future!
